Recipients and service providers<\/h2>\n<p>Data is accessible only to the people and service providers required to operate the service. Depending on the tools actually used, these may include:<\/p>\n<ul><li>OVHcloud, for hosting and technical services;<\/li><li>Stripe, for payments;<\/li><li>WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook, when you use these channels;<\/li><li>Notion and automation tools used to organise requests;<\/li><li>sellers or professionals contacted, only to the extent necessary for the search and without sharing information that identifies the Client, unless agreed or necessary for the service.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>Reperio does not sell personal data or rent it for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n<\/section><section class=\"rp-law-section\"><h2>5. Transfers outside the European Union<\/h2>\n<p>Some service providers or social networks may process data outside the European Union. Where necessary, Reperio relies on safeguards provided by applicable regulations, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where available.<\/p>\n\n<\/section><section class=\"rp-law-section\"><h2>6. Retention periods<\/h2>\n<p>Data is retained for a period proportionate to its purpose:<\/p>\n<ul><li>search requests and communications: while the request is being processed, then for the period necessary for follow up and management of any disputes;<\/li><li>billing data and accounting records: for the applicable statutory period;<\/li><li>data relating to the monthly watch: for the duration of the subscription, then for the period necessary for accounting and contractual management;<\/li><li>unanswered contact requests: for a limited and reasonable period.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<\/section><section class=\"rp-law-section\"><h2>7. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability of your data where this right applies, or object to certain processing. Social media and anonymised publications<\/h2>\n<p>Reperio may publish anonymised search notices on Instagram, Facebook or the website to seek proposals from sellers and professionals. These publications must not identify the Client. Any publication featuring a testimonial, story or result linked to a Client will require specific consent.<\/p>\n<\/section><section class=\"rp-law-section\"><h2>11. Updates<\/h2>\n<p>This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the service, tools used or regulations.
