Depending on your use of the website or service, Reperio may collect:

• your first and last name;
• your email address and telephone number;
• the information, photos, links and criteria submitted for a search;
• communications by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or any other official channel;
• information required for payment, processed by the payment provider;
• technical data essential to the operation of the website.

Reperio does not request sensitive data. Please do not submit such data as part of a search.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to:

• process and monitor object search requests;
• communicate with the Client and send results;
• manage payments, express requests and monthly watches;
• provide follow up service and handle complaints;
• comply with legal and accounting obligations;
• secure and improve the website and service;
• publish anonymised search notices where applicable.

Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on the performance of a contract or pre contractual measures, compliance with a legal obligation, Reperio’s legitimate interests or the person’s consent where required.

4. Recipients and service providers

Data is accessible only to the people and service providers required to operate the service. Depending on the tools actually used, these may include:

• OVHcloud, for hosting and technical services;
• Stripe, for payments;
• WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook, when you use these channels;
• Notion and automation tools used to organise requests;
• sellers or professionals contacted, only to the extent necessary for the search and without sharing information that identifies the Client, unless agreed or necessary for the service.

Reperio does not sell personal data or rent it for commercial purposes.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some service providers or social networks may process data outside the European Union. Where necessary, Reperio relies on safeguards provided by applicable regulations, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where available.

6. Retention periods

Data is retained for a period proportionate to its purpose:

• search requests and communications: while the request is being processed, then for the period necessary for follow up and management of any disputes;
• billing data and accounting records: for the applicable statutory period;
• data relating to the monthly watch: for the duration of the subscription, then for the period necessary for accounting and contractual management;
• unanswered contact requests: for a limited and reasonable period.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability of your data where this right applies, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, write to contact@reperiofind.com stating the subject of your request and, if necessary, providing a means of verifying your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority, the CNIL.

8. Cookies and audience measurement

The website uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation, unless an audience measurement tool is added later.

If Google Analytics or an equivalent tool is added, it will be installed only after a compliant consent banner has been implemented. Visitors will be able to accept, refuse or change their choices.

Consent settings and the list of cookies actually used will be updated before any non essential tool is activated.

9. Security

Reperio implements reasonable measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. Communications and payments are processed through the secure services of the relevant providers. As no system can guarantee absolute security, Reperio asks Clients not to transmit sensitive or unnecessary data.

10. Social media and anonymised publications

Reperio may publish anonymised search notices on Instagram, Facebook or the website to seek proposals from sellers and professionals. These publications must not identify the Client. Any publication featuring a testimonial, story or result linked to a Client will require specific consent.

11. Updates

This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the service, tools used or regulations. The applicable version is the one published on the website on the date of consultation.
